What stays on your device
Your game progress, results and settings (language, sound and the name you type for your card) are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us, except the IQ test sheet and the daily score described below. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Smarter Than? also has a “Reset all progress” button.
Statistics
We count visits and game events, for example “a game was finished” or “a result was shared”, with GoatCounter. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. We use these numbers to see which games people play and whether they come back.
IQ test results
When you hand in the IQ test sheet in Pattern, your browser sends us the answers you marked, the time you took, whether the time ran out, whether it was your first attempt on this device and the language of the page. Our server adds the date and the country, which Cloudflare reads from your IP address. We do not store your IP address or any identifier, so a result cannot be linked to you. We use the results to calculate the norms (how other players scored) and to improve the test. To limit abuse, the server counts requests from one IP address for a minute; the address is not saved.
Daily score
When you finish the daily set in Pattern, your browser sends the date of the set, your points and your time, so the game can show how other players did that day. Nothing else is sent with it.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web service, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Links you share
Challenge links contain your score and the name you entered, written into the link itself. Anyone who has the link can read them.
Shop and tips
Shirts and caps are sold by an external print-on-demand shop, and tips go through Buy Me a Coffee. If you order or leave a tip, the payment is handled by that service under its own privacy policy.
Ads
There are no ads at the moment. If we add them, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and update this page first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). Write to contact@sapienstest.com.

Wynik dnia
Gdy skończysz dzienny zestaw we Wzorze, przeglądarka wysyła datę zestawu, punkty i czas, żeby gra mogła pokazać, jak tego dnia poszło innym graczom. Nic więcej z tym nie idzie.
Hosting
Strona działa na Cloudflare. Jak każda usługa w sieci, Cloudflare przetwarza dane techniczne, na przykład adresy IP, żeby dostarczyć stronę i chronić ją przed atakami.
Linki, które udostępniasz
Linki z wyzwaniem zawierają twój wynik i wpisane imię, zapisane w samym linku. Każdy, kto ma link, może je odczytać.
Sklep i wsparcie
